CD to HTML is a simple, totally free program that requires no installing. What it does is automatically create an HTML file with all the structure of files in the folder or CD you specify.

The resulting HTML file shows a list of all the files, and their corresponding location, size and date. However, the most interesting thing about CD to HTML is that it generates a mini searcher so the user can look for any word within a the file list.
